When testing should not be the first step

Lab tests in Koh Samui are the right tool for diagnosis and follow-up, but not for emergencies. If you have chest pain, severe shortness of breath, confusion, uncontrolled bleeding, or signs of severe dehydration such as fainting and an inability to keep fluids down, go straight to a hospital emergency department — stabilisation comes first, testing second.
